Upon online registration and payment via creditcard, you have access to the conference. Please note that you have the right to cancel your participation within 7 working days after your online payment without giving any reason and without penalty.

Cancellations and Refunds
Should you be unable to attend the Nano and Surface Science Approaches to Production and Storage of Hydrogen conference, a substitute may attend in your place.

Notification of substitution or cancellation should be sent in writing to the conference organisation. Upon cancellation before the 27th of October 2010, a 20% processing fee will be incurred. After October 27th 2010, no refund will be possible.

All refunds will be made after the conference.

The conference organisation shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from or relating to the attending of the conference.

The conference organisation will not assume responsibility for medical expenses of conferees and their guests at the conference. All conferees are urged to ensure that they and their guests are covered by their own travel and health insurance policies while traveling to and from and while attending the conference.

To encourage open communication, each conferee agrees that any information presented, whether in a lecture, poster session, or discussion, is a private communication from the individual making the contribution and is presented with the restriction that such information is not for public use.

Accompanying persons are not permitted to attend the conference lectures.

Each conferee acknowledges and agrees to these restrictions when registration is accepted and as a condition of being permitted to attend the Nano and Surface Science Approaches to Production and Storage of Hydrogen conference.
